Jessica Simpson is in No Hurry to Lose the Baby Weight

pregnant womanAs you probably know Jessica Simpson had a baby around four months ago, it was heavy publicised to say the least. The paparazzi followed her throughout the pregnancy, determined to deliver the latest gossip to her eager fans. Now the latest question people are asking is when will she lose the baby weight and get back to her former glorious shape.

Jessica admits she didn’t realise that the weight doesn’t just disappear after giving birth. She had been indulging in many treats whilst pregnant for her enjoyment but now she faces a real challenge to get the weight back down. After stuffing herself with foods such as macaroni and cheese it will surely take some time and a lower carb diet to get trim.

The singer has signed an expensive conrtact with Weight Watchers and has been spotted at the gym already though she is taking it easy so far. She doesn’t want to run yet as her “boobs are way too big.” This is a bit different to other celebrities who seem ashamed to look out of shape and as soon as they give birth look great again. Jessica is being a bit more realistic and is a good example for other mums out there.
